This website and our text/phone communications are for scheduling and general information only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Appointment Requests

Submitting the appointment request form does not guarantee a scheduled appointment. A member of our scheduling team will contact you by phone to confirm availability and next steps.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Call-first policy: Breeze MRI contacts new inquiries by phone call first. Text messages are sent only as a follow-up — to confirm what was discussed on the call, share reminders, or continue a conversation when we can't reach you live — and only for numbers you've provided to us for scheduling purposes.

Consent to contact: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive calls and follow-up SMS messages from Breeze MRI regarding appointment scheduling, reminders, and exam coordination. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services.

Program description: Appointment confirmations, reminders, and administrative follow-ups. Message frequency varies with your scheduling needs.

Supported carriers: major U.S. wireless carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Texts are not encrypted — please don't send sensitive medical details by SMS.

Text messages are limited to appointment scheduling and exam coordination, for example:

"This is a friendly reminder from Breeze MRI. Your appointment is scheduled on {{date}} at {{address}}. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please call us at {{phone}}. Thank You!"

"Hello, this is Breeze MRI. We have received your order to schedule your MRI/X-RAY/CT exam. Please give us a call back at {{phone}} at your earliest convenience. Thank you and have a great day."

"Please bring ID and wear loose fitting clothes (sweat pants and t-shirts are ideal) for your appointment. For women, please wear a sports bra or any bra with no metal components. Please do not wear belts, jewelry, piercings, or any metal around the waist."

4. Website Use

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms on our website.
