Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Breeze MRI LLC ("Breeze MRI," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and phone/text communications, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to breezemri.com and does not cover the separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient, which governs your protected health information (PHI) collected during treatment.
1. Information We Collect
Contact & scheduling information you submit through our appointment request form: name, phone number, exam type, and message.
Communications data when you call, text, or email us, including phone number, call/message content, and time of contact.
Health information you voluntarily share when describing the exam you need, which is handled in accordance with HIPAA once you become a patient.
Website usage data such as browser type, device, pages visited, and general location, collected automatically through standard web logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule, or follow up on MRI, CT, or X-Ray appointments.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form or by phone.
- To send appointment reminders and scheduling follow-ups by phone call and, where you've consented, by text message.
- To improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
How our texting works: Breeze MRI does not send unsolicited text messages. When you request an appointment or provide your phone number, our scheduling team will call you first. If we're unable to reach you by phone, or as a follow-up to that call, we may send a text message to confirm details, share appointment reminders, or continue the conversation — only after you've had a live call or given us your number for this purpose.
Consent: By submitting your phone number through our appointment form or by giving it to our staff, you consent to receive calls and, as a follow-up, SMS text messages (which may be sent using an automated system) from Breeze MRI related to scheduling, appointment reminders, and exam coordination. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Varies based on your appointments and scheduling needs; typically a handful of messages around a scheduled exam.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You may still be contacted by phone regarding active appointments.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or call us directly at +1-832-844-1234.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Example scheduling messages
Text messages we send are limited to appointment scheduling and exam coordination, for example:
"This is a friendly reminder from Breeze MRI. Your appointment is scheduled on {{date}} at {{address}}. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please call us at {{phone}}. Thank You!"
"Hello, this is Breeze MRI. We have received your order to schedule your MRI/X-RAY/CT exam. Please give us a call back at {{phone}} at your earliest convenience. Thank you and have a great day."
"Please bring ID and wear loose fitting clothes (sweat pants and t-shirts are ideal) for your appointment. For women, please wear a sports bra or any bra with no metal components. Please do not wear belts, jewelry, piercings, or any metal around the waist."

4. Protected Health Information (HIPAA)
Any protected health information you share with us as a patient — in person, by phone, by text, or through a referring physician — is handled under the safeguards described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available on request at our Houston location. Text messages are used for scheduling and administrative follow-up only; please avoid sending detailed medical information by text, as SMS is not a secure, encrypted channel.
5. Sharing Your Information
- Staff and technologists involved in performing and reporting your exam.
- Referring physicians who ordered your exam.
- Service providers who help us operate scheduling, phone, and text systems, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Government or regulatory bodies, when required by law.
6. Cookies & Website Analytics
Our website may use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or phone network is 100% secure.
8. Your Choices
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information by contacting us directly.
- Request your HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices at our Houston location.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website is intended for adults seeking imaging services for themselves or on behalf of a family member. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through the website.
10. Changes to This Policy
